Global Homes acts as a digital real estate network connecting property seekers, property sellers, certified real estate agents, and registered developers. All listed projects and properties are subject to respective state Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA / state RERA) regulations.
2. Listing Accuracy & Representations
While every listing is inspected and verified against statutory carpet area declarations and title certificates, prospective buyers are advised to exercise independent legal and architectural verification prior to entering into sale agreements.
